Registration

Willamina School District registration for all returning students will be open online. Registration will be through Synergy ParentVUE. Parents without internet access can come to the new student registration dates below or call the school office at (503) 876-2545 to make arrangements to complete registration. A valid email address is required to use the online system.

*We have changed our Student Information System for the upcoming school year, information on how to register in the new system will go out soon. If you have any questions please reach out to the office of the school your student attends. 

For new student registration, please bring the following documents: 

• Prior school records or transcripts

• Immunization

• Birth certificate

• Current physical, if available
