Board & Budget

Regular Board meetings are held on the second Monday of the month in the school library at 7:00 pm at 1100 NE Oaken Hills Drive, Willamina, Oregon, unless otherwise posted on the agenda from the prior meeting.  

Other special sessions, executive sessions, work sessions or emergency sessions may be held by the Board of Directors with meeting notification being posted 24 hours in advance in accordance with Oregon Revised Statute pertaining to Open Public Meeting Laws.

All regular, special, and emergency meetings of the Board are open to the public unless as otherwise provided by law.

Budget Committee:  Interested persons can inquire at the District Office (503-876-1500) or by filling out the Budget Committee Application linked below. Applicants must reside in our School District boundaries for at least one year and be a registered voter.

The Willamina School District is looking to appointment a candidate in Position #1 to serve on the Willamina School District Board of Directors.  Position #1 ends June 30, 2023 and the appointed candidate will have to seek re-election into the position if they would like to remain on the board after 6/30/2023. Applications are available on line or may be picked up at the District Office.
