Opt-Out for Statewide Testing
Oregon law (ORS 329.479) permits parents of students and adult students to annually opt-out of Oregon's statewide summative tests in English Language Arts and Math by submitting a form to the school the student attends. Schools will provide parents with the 2021-22 form at least 30 days prior to the start of testing. If you wish to opt out of testing for the 21-22 school year, please download the form from the link below and return it to school. The form is hosted on ODE's website and includes due dates that are not applicable for Willamina School District. Forms will continue to be accepted until the end of March, as testing will be in early April. Thank you.
