The board meetings shall be held on the second Tuesday of each month. Executive Sessions meetings begin times for each regular and executive session meetings shall be posted on individual agendas. All regular session meetings will be held in the library at 1100 Oaken Hills Drive, Willamina, Oregon, unless otherwise posted on the agenda.
